We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient care, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. This is a critical role in our healthcare facility, and we are looking for someone with strong clinical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- - Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- - Review medication orders for appropriateness and potential drug interactions
- - Provide medication counseling to patients and answer any questions or concerns
- - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
- - Monitor patient response to medication therapy and adjust treatment as necessary
- - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- - Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice
- - Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:





- - Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- - Current pharmacist license in Ontario
- - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
- - Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
