As a Pharmacy Manager oversees pharmacy operations, manages staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
1.Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily activities of the pharmacy, ensuring productive workflow and compliance with legal and safety standards.
2.Staff Management: Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and development opportunities.
3.Medication Management: Ensure the accurate dispensing of medications, monitor inventory levels, and manage the ordering of pharmaceutical supplies.
4.Patient Care: Provide medication therapy management, educate patients on medication use, and address any inquiries or concerns regarding prescriptions.

Fullfill all the responsibilities required by OCP for Designated Manager
Qualifications.
- Education: A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree required, along with a valid OCP pharmacist license.
Experience: Previous experience in pharmacy management or a similar role is often preferred, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations. Job Type: Full-time
