Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter prescription information into computer systems
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents

Experience:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant is preferred- Filware knowledge is an asset.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medication administration
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
