Deep Cove Pharmacy is a family-owned pharmacy proudly serving the Parkgate, Dollarton, and Deep Cove communities since 2010. We're a busy store looking for a long-term team member who works efficiently and accurately under pressure and has great interpersonal skills.

About the Role

You will be a key part of a small, tight-knit team where patient care always comes first — balanced with the efficiency needed to keep a busy neighbourhood pharmacy running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the pharmacists with their responsibilities
- Receive and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare compliance packs
- Prepare prescription orders (count, measure, package, and label medications)
- Enter and update patient profiles
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating stock to avoid expiry
- Answer phones, greet patients, and manage the front counter
- Keep the pharmacy workspace clean and organized
- Assist customers with basic questions
- Prepare deliveries
- Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed to keep the pharmacy running efficiently

What We're Looking For

- Previous community pharmacy experience preferred, but strong candidates with related healthcare or customer service backgrounds will be considered
- Excellent communication skills, both with patients and with the pharmacy team




- Highly diligent and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality of care
- Reliable, punctual, and looking for a stable, long-term role within a community-focused business

Salary and Hours Pays $21-$25+ per hour depending on work experience.

Part-time hours (store hours are M-F 9-6, Sat 11-4, closed Sundays, no evening shifts, some flexibility)
