Join One Health Wellness, a new multidisciplinary wellness clinic, coming soon to Burlington (Guelph Line). We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

You will play an important role in creating a supportive workplace where patients feel empowered and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Compensation: 60% percentage split for the Physiotherapist.

Duties

- Assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations and medical history reviews.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs, condition, and rehabilitation goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and other evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate to support coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, home exercises, and self-care strategies.




- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient assessments, treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with applicable professional and healthcare standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.

Qualifications
- Valid registration and licensure as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, particularly experience with acute care.
- Excellent patient-care and communication skills with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of patient care.
- Commitment to professional standards, confidentiality, safety, and evidence-based practice.
