Studio Manager, Reformed Pilates Edmonton

$70-90,000+ total compensation/year plus benefits | Full-time

Reformed is growing, and we're looking for a Studio Manager to run one of our reformer Pilates studios. This is a true leadership role. You'll own the member experience from end-to-end, develop a talented team, and drive the results that make the studio thrive. Your bonus is tied directly to those results.

What You'll Do

You'll be the leader of your studio, responsible for the team, the member experience, and the business results.

- Lead your team: Hire, train, and coach front desk staff and support your instructors. Build a culture that's supportive, accountable, and high-performing.
- Grow the studio: Own your studio's KPIs, including membership sales, intro-offer conversions, class fill rates, and client retention. Spot opportunities and act on them.
- Deliver a premium experience: Make every client feel welcome, especially first-timers who may be new to the reformer. Remember names, follow up personally, and turn first visits into long-term memberships.
- Keep classes full and running smoothly: Manage waitlists, cancellations, and instructor sub coverage so every spot is filled and every class starts on time.
- Care for the space: Keep the studio spotless, calm, and inviting. Make sure reformers and equipment are clean, maintained, and safe for every class.
- Partner with leadership: Work with your Regional Manager to share insights, refine processes,



and plan for growth.

What You Bring You don't need to be a Pilates instructor. You do need to be a strong leader who cares about people and results.

- 2+ years leading a team in fitness, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Sales or membership experience (strongly preferred)
- Confidence having sales conversations that feel helpful, not pushy
- Clear, professional communication, in person and in writing
- A calm, solution-focused approach when things get busy
- High standards for detail, presentation, and cleanliness
- Comfort with technology, including booking software and Apple devices
- A genuine interest in Pilates, fitness, and wellness

- a base salary of $21/hour (~40 hours/week)
