Lonore Pizza, a renowned and authentic Italian restaurant in New Westminster, is seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering exceptional Neapolitan-inspired pizzas to our valued guests. Your expertise in dough preparation, toppings selection, and stone-fired oven operation will play a key role in maintaining the high quality and consistency of our pizzas.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough with precision and consistency.

⦁ Create delicious and visually appealing pizzas using high-quality ingredients.

⦁ Operate and maintain wood-fired pizza oven, ensuring optimal temperatures and baking times.

⦁ Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

⦁ Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative pizza creations.

Requirements:

⦁ Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role, preferably in a Neapolitan-style pizzeria.

⦁ Profound knowledge of pizza dough making, stretching techniques, and wood-fired oven operation.

⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

⦁ Strong organizational and time management skills.





⦁ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

⦁ Food Safe Level 1 certification is preferred.

⦁ Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification
