About the Job The Practice Manager (PM) role is a cornerstone position within our organization, pivotal in driving the success and growth of our practice. We’re seeking a dynamic, energetic leader passionate about skincare and excited about coaching and mentoring a team to help us bring our mission to life as we grow. The PM will report to the CEO, have their own office, and work cross-functionally to shape TOULA’s future in a high-profile role demanding expertise in operations, aesthetics, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care; prepare and analyze annual budgets and monthly financial reports, liaising with accountants.
- Execute daily a brand propelling experience which meets and exceeds the expectations of guest experience; address and resolve patient complaints professionally.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding,



and training of new staff; manage individual performance and build an inclusive team culture to ensure accountability and team well-being.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue; train staff in effective sales techniques and promote cross-selling of products and services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with vendors to enhance product and service offerings; represent TOULA in community events to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with physicians to formulate and implement business action plans, adapting to market trends and regulatory changes.

You Have:

- A minimum of 5 years in healthcare management, preferably within a medical spa, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology setting.
- Experience with Zenoti or a similar practice management software is preferred.
- Proven track record in leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment; excellent people/coaching skills to create a sense of belonging and strong team morale.
- Strong business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and ability to handle delicate situations with tact.
- A proactive team player with a hands-on approach, who is willing to roll-up your sleeves and be hands-on.
- Professional attire and demeanor are always projected.
- The ability to leads with courage, honesty, fairness, and kindness. The ability to do the hard things first when it comes to supporting what’s best for the team.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)



and knowledge of practice management software/systems (including point-of-sale and related retail and inventory management systems).
