Hey! Thanks for checking this out. Hope the role looks as positive to you as it does to me.
2 quick notes:
- Please only apply if you're based in Canada (US or LATAM works too) within about an hour of US Eastern. No visa sponsorship.
- This sits genuinely in the middle. Not a customer success role where someone else does the technical work, and not an engineering job with customer calls attached.
The company is… A Swiss-founded, remote-first platform turning building floor plans out of CAD files and PDFs into live, queryable data. System of record for physical space, the way Salesforce owns the customer record. Went from $500k to $3M ARR in a year, 16 customers to 40, and did it profitably. The customer list includes Apple, Netflix, Tesla, SpaceX, Visa, Mastercard and Sanofi.
? What's in it for you?
This is the first hire into the function. The contracts are signed and the hard part, getting those customers genuinely live and expanding, is entirely yours to figure out. You're not maintaining someone's playbook, you're writing the first one. Ten people in the company, so no layers between you and the decisions.
They offer the following…
- $160-180k base, $200k+ OTE.
- Equity on the same terms as the whole team, with a very low strike.
- Remote across the Americas. East Coast preferred for overlap with Zurich engineering.
- Direct line to the CEO and the commercial lead. Average tenure on this team is eight years.
- Profitable and deliberately lean. Growth here means scope, not headcount.
? What will you do?
- Own enterprise accounts from signed contract to live, adopted and expanding.
- Run implementations yourself: discovery, data model, account setup, go-live, and the follow-through that makes it stick.
- Build on the platform when configuration isn't enough. Scripts against the APIs, extensions with the SDK, engineering behind you for anything deep.
- Teach facilities, workplace and IT teams until the product is part of their week.
- Own renewals and expansion on your accounts.
- Turn recurring customer friction into roadmap signal.
You need these skills…
- Enterprise accounts you took from signed to live and grew. You know your own numbers: retention, adoption, expansion, time to value.
- Real hands-on ability. You've written SQL against a live database, configured an API integration, automated something, built a dashboard other people relied on.
- Range. You can make a non-technical operations person comfortable with a technical product and hold a credible conversation with their engineers the same day.
- Comfort using AI tools as part of daily work, and something you've actually built with them that you can walk through.
- Nice to have: anything near buildings. IWMS/CAFM, CAD/BIM, corporate real estate, workplace ops. We'll teach the domain, but it speeds you up a lot.
Why NOW, why here?
- They've been excellent at signing and are honest that they haven't cracked activation yet. That's the job.
Get in while it's one person defining how this works, because the next hire into the function joins your structure ?
