We are a fast-paced print, signage, and marketing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with experience in print production and sign installation to join our growing team.

Position Overview The Print Production & Sign Installer will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day print production, finishing, signage production, and on-site installations.

This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with production equipment, and able to take a job from production through final installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate digital and wide-format printing equipment.
- Produce a variety of printed products, including business cards, brochures, booklets, posters, banners, decals, signs, and other marketing materials.
- Perform finishing tasks including cutting, laminating, mounting, folding, binding, trimming, and packaging.
- Produce and finish vinyl graphics, decals, banners, Coroplast signs, and other signage products.
- Prepare signs and graphics for installation.
- Perform on-site installation of signs, vinyl graphics, decals, window graphics, wall graphics, and other printed materials.
- Measure installation areas and ensure proper placement and alignment.
- Review customer files and artwork for basic print readiness and production requirements.
- Maintain production schedules and prioritize multiple jobs to meet deadlines.




- Perform quality checks throughout production and before installation.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and keep the production area clean and organized.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members when required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in print production, sign production, commercial printing, or sign installation is preferred.
- Experience with wide-format printing and vinyl/sign production is a strong asset.
- Experience installing vinyl graphics, window graphics, wall graphics, and signage is preferred.
- Comfortable using production and finishing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing hands-on installation work.
- Ability to measure accurately and follow installation specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred for on-site installations.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
