Job Overview:

We currently have an opening for a temporary Production Crew Team Member (8–10 week contract, starting ASAP). Production Crew Team Members are the hands-on heart of our operation—mixing, producing, and packaging our finished Sussex Ice Cream. You are the last person to see the ice cream before it is frozen and sold, ensuring every container is crafted in its best state with the customer in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production: Mix, produce, and package finished Ice Cream according to daily schedules.
- Teamwork: Receive daily targets from the Production Supervisor and maintain a steady, productive production pace.
- Quality Control: Prepare packaging and inspect the product to ensure top quality before it is packed away and frozen.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace by strictly following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Reporting:



Report directly to the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Team Player
- Has good time management.
- Can lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail.

Reports to: The Production Crew Team Member reports directly to the Production Supervisor. Start Date: As soon as Possible

Shift Information: Day shifts.

Job Types: Temporary (8-10 weeks)

Experience

- Food processing: 1 year (preferred, but not required)
- Food Safety Certificate (preferred, but not required)
