We are looking for a team oriented, hard working Production Line Operator at our facility in Grassie, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be a reliable professional able to undertake a variety of labor intensive tasks and work efficiently under pressure. This person will be capable of working with a high degree of attention to detail. Substantial monthly production efficiency bonus offered in addition to hourly wage after 3 month probationary period.

Employment requirements:

- This is a full time position requiring regular 40 hour work weeks

- May include overtime hours
- This position may require you to work off-day shifts (afternoon shifts, night shifts, weekends) on a regular basis
- Employees need to regularly lift and move heavy items such as boxes up to 25 kg
- Employees must meet the minimal legal and regulatory requirements of employment, such as meeting Ontario Ministry of Labour standards and the employee having a social security number.

The work would include the following:





- Maintaining and operating production equipment, including ensuring that the line is running optimally and safely, labeling boxes, weighing product, etc.
- Sampling of product on line to deliver to quality control
- Clean up of equipment between production runs
- General clean up of plant
- This position would also include work in other areas of the business as required depending on timing, work availability of others, etc.
