As a Production Team Member, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the assembly process with precision and care. You will work in various areas, mastering the skills necessary to assemble hydrovac trucks and related equipment while maintaining workplace safety.

Key Responsibility Areas
Production Worker Positions Include:
- Assembling hydrovac trucks on prepared chassis by installing and connecting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and water-handling systems in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Modifying and preparing truck chassis, including frame, driveline, and component installations required to support final vehicle assembly.
- Building and kit subassemblies and components for production, ensuring parts are accurately assembled and available to support manufacturing schedules.
- Installing and outfitting van bodies with hydraulic, control, plumbing, and operational systems to meet design and customer specifications.
- Performing mechanical fit-up, component alignment, and system integration while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
- Identifying and addressing assembly, fitment, and mechanical issues during the build process, working collaboratively with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support efficient truck completion.
Essential Functions
- Ensure error-free production processes
- Assemble components across mechanical, electrical,
and hydraulic systems
- Follow instructions from Lead Hands or senior leads
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions to ensure correct and efficient assembly
- Assess job risks, use required PPE and prioritize workplace safety
- Gain expertise with systems such as blowers, cooling, driveline, hydraulics, and electrical components
- Use hand and power tools proficiently and install parts according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure accurate tracking of parts
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of consumables and parts

Qualifications
Education
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical or Construction knowledge are preferred
- Technical Training or manufacturing experience is considered an asset
Experience
- Mechanical experience is preferred, with on-the-job training provided
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
