The role involves prospective-client communication, digital marketing, follow-up and presenting established digital education programs.

Responsibilities

As a Career development Consultant, you may:

- Communicate with prospective clients who have expressed interest in personal and professional development programs
- Conduct structured information and discovery conversations
- Provide information about established digital education programs
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Use established digital marketing and communication systems
- Maintain accurate records of prospective-client activity
- Participate in product, communication and professional development training
- Manage your own schedule and work activity as an independent contractor

Qualifications

- Can consistently follow established processes
- Are comfortable working toward measurable activity and performance objectives
- Have access to a computer, phone and reliable internet connection

Previous experience in the personal development industry is not required. Training relating to the programs, systems and processes used in the role is provided.
