As a Program Manager reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will oversee programs for exterior trim components in the automotive sector.

This role requires you to lead APQP teams, supervise engineers, and ensure production readiness. Your experience will contribute to the successful launch of new products while maintaining strict quality standards across five sites in Canada. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage programs through all phases from award to production
- Assemble and lead APQP teams for on-time project delivery
- Supervise project and design engineers throughout the program




- Provide best practices for DFM/DFA improvements
- Coordinate prototype and production sample submissions Requirements:
- 5 years in program management and 5 years in engineering
- Experience with injection molding and automotive assembly
- Knowledge of GD&T;, APQP principles, and automotive plastics
- Proven experience launching programs for GM, Toyota, or Chrysler
