As Program

Manager, spearhead employment readiness and community involvement while fostering personal growth and independence. DASCH seeks a strategic Program Manager to oversee the DASCHWorks employment program. This full time role involves ensuring high-quality services to support participants in achieving their employment goals. You will manage participant success through tailored plans and cultivate employer partnerships to enhance job opportunities for clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee curriculum implementation and participant admissions
- Recruit and develop staff through coaching and evaluations
- Create Individual Success Plans and Career Growth Plans




- Build relationships with employers and community organizations
- Monitor program effectiveness using feedback and outcomes Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in human services or related field
- Minimum five years of experience in employment services
- Proven supervision of multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of supported and customized employment practices
