In this role, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with design teams to review schematics and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills, ensuring milestones are met consistently.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to prepare accurate cost projections and bids.




- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D to track progress, document issues, and communicate updates.
- Lead project meetings, monitor safety protocols, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a solid understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
