Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile projects within the U.S. food and food & beverage industry . The candidate will manage project delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT/business projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Track project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Remove team impediments and improve Agile processes.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status reports.
- Support requirements gathering,



backlog management, prioritization, and release planning.
- Coordinate multiple teams and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
- Work with business teams within food, food service, restaurant, grocery, CPG, or food & beverage environments .

Required Skills

- 6+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years of Scrum Master/Agile experience.
- Robust knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Sprint and backlog management .
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- U.S. Food / Food & Beverage industry experience preferred/required.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM is a plus.
