Role Description

This is a full time Project Manager role.

The Project

Manager will be responsible for monitoring construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety regulations.

The Project

Manager will also collaborate with Owner representatives, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

- 10+ years construction experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years of experience in this role.

- Excellent knowledge of construction technologies, methods and processes, including building codes and safety regulations.

- Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with project management software, scheduling software and other construction technology tools.

- Must be willing to travel to construction sites as needed.

- Security clearance is a required process.
