Job Title: Project Manager - Web Design

- Location: 402 21st St E #200, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0C3
- This is an in-person position, only candidates who are currently located in Saskatoon will be considered.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Salary: Commensurate with Education and Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage website projects from kickoff to launch.
- Coordinate clients, designers, developers, and internal teams.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and scope.
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and next steps.
- Coordinate feedback, revisions, approvals, and launches.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.

Skills

- Robust project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.




- Understanding of website development and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, hosting, and domains.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a web or digital agency.
- Experience managing website projects from planning through launch.
- Experience working directly with clients and internal teams.
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
