Provide impactful support as a Psychosocial Social Worker with Shared Health in Manitoba. Focus on skilled assessment and interventions for individuals and families navigating health challenges. This role requires two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution.

As a Social Worker, you will enhance client well-being through effective psychosocial assessments and interventions. You will contribute to the healthcare team in addressing social, emotional, and psychological issues while maintaining solid professional relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychosocial assessments for clients and families
- Implement tailored interventions to address health-related issues




- Collaborate effectively as part of the healthcare team
- Perform administrative functions as required by the department
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students and new staff Requirements:
- Two years of relevant social work experience
- BSW from an accredited institution
- Registered with Manitoba College of Social Workers
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
