We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our small production team at our Portuguese bakery in Vancouver.

This role will mainly take place after café hours, making it a excellent fit for someone looking for consistent part time evening work.

What you’ll help with:

- preparing puff pastry on reversible sheeter
- Pressing & shaping tart shells
- Preparing custards
- Baking as training progresses
- Cleaning tart tins
- Keeping the pastry area clean and organized
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has some previous bakery, pastry or kitchen experience
- Enjoys hands-on, repetitive production work
- Works efficiently and pays attention to consistency
- Is dependable and comfortable working independently
- Takes pride in keeping a clean, organized workspace




- Is looking for a position they can grow into over time

Schedule: Part-time to start, primarily evenings after café hours. Potential for additional hours as we grow. Location: Casa de Nata, Vancouver
