Duties

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices.
- Collect and analyze data related to product dimensions, tolerances, and defect rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications through visual assessments and measurement techniques.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintain detailed records of quality control activities, and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly, suggesting corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist in implementing quality management systems (QMS) and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.




- Participate in calibration of inspection tools and equipment to ensure measurement accuracy over time.

Experience

- Prior experience in manufacturing or a quality control environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and identify root causes of defects.
- Familiarity with quality management principles, QA/QC processes, and quality assurance standards is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they impact product quality.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately while maintaining a high level of consistency throughout inspections.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
