Are you the player who always calls the plays, knows every esports meta, and feeds off the energy of a great match? Sidequest Miramichi is looking for an outgoing, gaming-obsessed Quest Guide to join our team, run the front line, and help us build the ultimate local gaming hub!

If you love interacting with people, setting up competitive matches, and guiding players through everything from PC arenas to VR setups, your next quest starts here.

Your Quests (Main Duties):

- Guide the Adventurers: Greet guests, walk them through station setups (PC, consoles, VR, and racing sims), and keep the energy high in the lounge.
- Run the Arena: Assist with setting up competitive gaming nights, esports watch parties, local tournaments, and party bookings.
- Talk Shop & Gear: Chat meta, help players pick the right games, and foster an inclusive, hype environment for our competitive community.
- Maintain the Base: Keep gear, controllers, VR gear, and gaming stations clean, organized,



and running smoothly.

Character Stats (What We’re Looking For):

- Esports & Gaming Enthusiast: Deep passion for competitive video games, current esports scenes, and lounge gaming culture.
- High Charisma: Exceptionally outgoing, approachable, and excited to interact with the public daily.
- Team Player: Reliable, proactive, and ready to step up during high-energy peak hours.
- Flexible Schedule: Available for evenings and weekends when the major events and tournaments take place.

Loot & Perks:

- Starting Wage: $17.00 / hour
- Hours: Part-time to start, with early potential to secure Full time hours as operations scale.
