CPKC is seeking a Trainmaster in Sparwood, BC to oversee yard and road operations, ensuring protected and efficient movement of traffic and adherence to LOSP/OP targets. You will lead by example to foster a strong safety culture and coach Train & Engine personnel.

The role requires railway conductor experience, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of supervisory experience. You may occasionally operate trains and must maintain CROR/GCOR qualifications per regulations.
