Role Description This is a full-time/part time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in York Region with flexibility to work from multiple offices throughout Ontario.

The Real Estate

Agent will prospect and nurture client relationships, conduct property showings, prepare and present offers, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.

Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, coordinating property listings and marketing activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role also involves collaborating with brokerage staff and other agents, attending team meetings and training sessions, and staying current on local market trends and real estate regulations. Agents are expected to provide responsive,



high-quality service and uphold the brokerage’s professional standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices and Real Property regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing transactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of local real estate markets in Richmond Hill and surrounding areas, including current trends and pricing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Comfort with technology and real estate tools (CRM systems, MLS platforms, digital marketing, virtual showings).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused brokerage environment.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is recommended but not required; fluency in additional languages is considered beneficial.
