The Role
We are looking for an outgoing Receptionist & Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media accounts and customer care.
In this role, you will greet customers, handle front desk duties, and take charge of our social media channels to showcase our work, highlight our team, and engage with the local Campbell River community.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service:
- Warmly greet clients, handle phone inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
- Process basic paperwork, invoices, and customer updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Social Media & Marketing:
- Manage and create content for our Facebook and Google page.
- Follow up and grow our Google reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong familiarity with current social media platforms, and content tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- High level of organization and multi-tasking ability.
- Automotive interest or knowledge is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
