Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Machiniest to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manual machines to produce precision parts that meet engineering specifications and strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing parts on manual machines as per drawings
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and optimize processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent .
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience operating manual machines in a manufacturing workplace.
- Experience with Manual Lathe and Manual mills
- Have a interprovincial red seal
