Care seeks a compassionate professional committed to supporting children with autism. You will supervise ABA programs, track data, and mentor Behaviour Therapists. This position includes ongoing career development within a supportive clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver one-to-one ABA sessions in family homes
- Track data and support implementation of behaviour plans
- Supervise clinical programs and complete assessments
- Build comprehensive treatment plans and lead parent training
- Mentor Behaviour Therapists and collaborate with the clinical director Requirements:
- RBA registration in Ontario
- 10+ years of supervising ABA programs
- Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in psychology or related field Utilize your expertise to support children with autism and collaborate with families at Kids True Care.
