Gentle Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit team!

We’re a well-established, non-corporate dental practice with a contemporary digital clinic, an excellent patient base, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We’re looking for an RDA who is caring, dependable, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

The Position

This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with no evenings or weekends.

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

You’ll provide chairside assistance for general dentistry, support the dentist and clinical team, help create a comfortable patient experience, and assist with sterilization and keeping the clinic organized. You’ll also work with Maxident and digital dental technology and occasionally assist with light administrative duties.

We see patients of all ages, from children to seniors, so someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing a warm, positive experience will fit in well.

About You





We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant in good standing who is friendly, organized, dependable, and a strong team player. Ideally, you have 2-5 years of experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Our experienced Lead RDA is happy to provide support and training.
