Duties

- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
- Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans




- Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software such as Dentrix
- Support the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver seamless, high-quality care
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, providing excellent customer service in a bilingual environment if applicable

Experience

- Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency in using dental management software is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care

Pay: From $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 per week
