We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting, with a desire to care for patients and connect with the community. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where patient care and clinical excellence are prioritized. Our dental team prioritizes time with patients and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, orthodontic, and pediatric treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
- Manage patient records efficiently using practice management software
- Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions




- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety standards
- Assist with inventory management of dental supplies and materials

Skills

- Proficiency with dental practice management & imaging software: Gold & Cadi
- Robust understanding of dental assisting techniques and infection control procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with your team and patients
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail & staying organized
- Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) is required

Licence/Certification

- Registered Dental Assistant Level II licence in Alberta (required)
