Job Title: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Location: Annapolis Valley Wellness Centre – Kingston, Nova Scotia

Position Type: Part-Time Evenings

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 3:45 PM - 8:30 PM

Compensation: Competitive Split ($68.25 - $71.50/hr)

Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team includes a Chiropractor, four Physiotherapists and 5 Registered Massage Therapists working together under one roof. We foster a supportive environment where practitioners can thrive, learn from one another, and deliver high-quality therapeutic treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough health histories, assessments, and patient evaluations.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals (rehabilitation, injury prevention, chronic pain,



or relaxation).
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation/charting in compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the clinic for integrative patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active registration and good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS) or the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).
- Graduation from a recognized Massage Therapy program
- Valid Professional Liability Insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- New graduates and experienced therapists are both welcome to apply!
