Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy treatments using various techniques to address client-specific concerns and preferences
- Assess clients’ needs through consultations, understanding their health history, and developing personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide guidance for ongoing wellness
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach that makes clients feel comfortable and valued
- Clear communication skills to effectively explain treatments and listen attentively to client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program is required
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare settings is advantageous but not mandatory
