Moxa Wellness is a rapidly developing wellness centre located in downtown Toronto. As our client base and services continue to grow, we are expanding our professional team and are currently looking for Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join us.

We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-focused RMTs who are interested in growing their practice within a supportive and collaborative wellness environment.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Massage Therapist with strong hands-on skills, a professional and responsible attitude, and a genuine passion for client care. You will provide high-quality massage therapy tailored to each client's individual needs while creating a comfortable, respectful, and positive treatment experience.

As the centre continues to develop, we are looking for RMTs who would like to grow with us, build a strong client base, and become an important part of our expanding team.

Duties

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs
- Perform techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, and relaxation massage
- Assess client concerns and discuss treatment goals before each session
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and comfortable treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards




- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments when needed
- Keep accurate treatment records, client preferences, and progress notes
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
- Stay updated on massage therapy techniques and industry best practices

Requirements

- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario
- Must be in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance required
- Strong hands-on massage skills and client care experience
- Experienced RMTs are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic massage, deep tissue, relaxation, and injury-related treatments is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends, is an asset

Pay: $84.00-$105.00 per hour
