Duties

- Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and health conditions
- Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate self-care practices
- Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients about their comfort levels and any adjustments needed during sessions




- Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills

Skills

- Solid knowledge of medical terminology related to human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive, welcoming experience for clients
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and listening attentively to client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment
- Flexibility to adapt treatments based on individual client needs and preferences
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program is required
- Prior experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory
