Oasis Wellness Retreat is a new massage and wellness clinic opening in West Edmonton, created to offer an elevated experience for both our clients and the professionals who work with us.

We are currently building our founding team and are looking for skilled, professional, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) who want to grow their practice in a beautiful, supportive, and well-organized clinic.

The Opportunity

At Oasis, our RMTs can focus on what they do best: providing exceptional treatment and building strong client relationships.

We take care of the environment around you, from reception and booking support to treatment rooms, linens, laundry, supplies, marketing, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for RMTs who are confident in their skills while remaining committed to learning and providing individualized care.

Successful candidates will

- Have completed or be completing a recognized 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program
- Maintain appropriate professional association membership and liability insurance
- Provide thorough assessments and individualized treatment
- Complete accurate and timely SOAP notes
- Maintain professional boundaries and excellent client communication
- Be dependable, punctual, and committed to their scheduled availability
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space
- Work well independently while contributing positively to the clinic team
- Be committed to creating an exceptional client experience
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and skilled standards of practice.

Experience with therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, prenatal, myofascial, or other massage techniques is an asset. Build Your Practice at Oasis

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
