We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, client-centered care and nursing support.

We are looking for nurses interested in either or both of the following opportunities:

- Weekend Live-In: Every other weekend
- Remote On-Call: 48-hour on-call periods during the week
- Combination Opportunity: Nurses are welcome to take on both the weekend live-in shifts and weekday remote on-call coverage if they are interested and available.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, client-centered nursing care in a private home setting
- Provide care for clients with complex medical needs
- Manage and monitor diabetes and insulin pump
- Provide tracheostomy (trach) care
- Provide NG tube care and management
- Administer medications and assist with personal care as required
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide remote nursing support and respond to clinical questions during assigned on-call periods
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

Requirements

- Current registration and in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Current CPR certification
- Clear Broad Record Check




- Ability to work independently in a home-care environment
- Comfortable providing care for clients with complex medical needs
- Experience with diabetic care and insulin pumps
- Experience with tracheostomy care
- Experience with NG tubes
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to care

Preferred Qualifications

- Pediatric nursing or complex-care experience
- Previous private-duty or home-care nursing experience
- Experience providing overnight or live-in nursing care
- Experience providing remote or telephone-based nursing support
