Duties

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status, including case history and current concerns
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient needs
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic support
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
- Collect data for ongoing research initiatives aimed at improving therapeutic approaches and patient outcomes




- Engage in case management activities such as scheduling follow-ups, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as needed

Experience

- Proven experience working with children and adolescents in clinical or educational settings
- Prior hospital experience providing mental health services within medical environments
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to mental health and pediatrics
- Experience conducting research or data collection related to psychological treatments or patient outcomes
- Familiarity with special education programs and integrating therapeutic strategies within educational contexts
- Strong understanding of patient care principles, including confidentiality and ethical standards in therapy
- Ability to manage complex cases involving multiple stakeholders and diverse needs
