About the Practice

I’m a Registered Social Worker and school social worker with 15 years of experience working in community mental health. In 2025, I opened my own private practice in Dundas, supporting children, teens and parents.

Things are growing in a really positive way, and I’m looking to bring 1–2 associates into the practice.

My practice is intentionally child- and teen-focused, with a warm, welcoming in-person space where kids can feel comfortable being themselves, playing, talking and working through the things they’re carrying.

I primarily support children and families navigating anxiety, ADHD/ND, emotional regulation, divorce/separation, trauma, grief, school challenges and social/peer concerns. I also do a lot of parent coaching and caregiver support.

About the Role

I’m looking for an experienced RSW or RP who enjoys working with children, teens and families and would like to build a caseload within a small, growing private practice.

The ideal person

- Has experience working with children and/or teens
- Enjoys working with parents and families
- Is warm, relational and genuinely child-centred
- Has experience with areas such as anxiety, ADHD/ND, emotional regulation, trauma or family transitions
- Brings their own clinical strengths and interests




- Is comfortable working independently while also valuing collaboration

The role can include in-person and virtual sessions, with daytime availability preferred. I’m open to discussing what the associate relationship looks like and am intentionally keeping things flexible for the right person. Why Join?
