Enhance guest experiences as a Remote Guest Service Agent with Dexterra Group in Bissett, Manitoba. This role provides ample opportunities to assist guests and manage administrative tasks efficiently. In this permanent full time position, you will report directly to the Lodge Manager.

Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, catering to their needs, and acting as an ambassador for Dexterra’s high service standards. With a rotation of 4 days on and 3 days off, you will engage in various roles to ensure client satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and manage check-in processes
- Assign rooms and issue keys or access cards
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy and clients
- Book, confirm, and change reservations as needed
- Provide information about camp services and amenities Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Guest Service Agent
- Proficiency with Camp Manager software preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities
