Tasks will include meeting with the research team on a regular basis, facilitating focus groups, coordinating data collection, participating in data analysis, ensuring rigorous research practices, and assisting in the final grant report and knowledge dissemination products.Qualifications Must have experience with facilitating focus groups Must have experience in qualitative data analysis* Must have familiarity with assessment,



measurement, and validity frameworks* Experience with funded research projects and focus group methodology is necessary* Experience working in interdisciplinary research teams* At minimum PhD level training* Accuracy and attention to detail* Sense of motivation and ability to work independently* Willingness and ability to work adaptable hoursBilingualism (English, French) is an asset Knowledge of French and English:*McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing.
