The Research
Manager will play a critical role in managing core business operations involving HR, finance, and communications. Strong leadership skills and experience in laboratory management are essential to drive research advancements and adhere to regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee laboratory operations and manage strategic direction
- Facilitate teamwork among scientists, clinicians,
and trainees
- Manage HR processes, including hiring and performance reviews
- Coordinate research activities and grant applications
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project progress Requirements:
- PhD in biomedical engineering or science
- Minimum 2 years in lab management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven interpersonal communication capabilities
