Become a leader in workforce health research with DataNB as a Research Scientist in Fredericton. This hybrid role focuses on large-scale quantitative studies and collaborations to enhance occupational health practices. DataNB is seeking a full time Research Scientist to initiate and lead various research projects.

You will focus on workforce and occupational health, working with administrative data, claims, and chronic disease datasets. Your senior leadership will ensure the sustainability of DataNB while driving research productivity and facilitating grants in the field of occupational medicine. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage large-scale research and evaluation projects
- Supervise and mentor research and evaluation staff teams




- Conduct statistical analyses for publication-ready outputs
- Oversee the creation of research reports and scientific manuscripts
- Lead the communication of statistical results with stakeholders Requirements:
- PhD in health, epidemiology, or biostatistics
- Minimum 2 years in a research role, independent from graduate studies
- Experience with administrative and claims data
- Background in workplace health and mentoring
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities Elevate workforce health standards through your expertise and leadership in research with DataNB.
