As the first point of contact for guests making reservations, Reservation Agents will provide exceptional customer service, process reservations accurately, and promote the products and services of our hotels and restaurants. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will ensure a seamless guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process hotel room and restaurant reservations, including special requests, cancellations, and modifications, accurately and efficiently.
- Handle sensitive information, including guest and credit card details.
- Provide guests with room rates, availability, and information about the hotel and restaurant offerings.
- Promote hotel and restaurant products and services, including packages and special promotions.
- Address guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and update reservation systems accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations,
food and beverage operations, and reservation systems.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and OpenTable systems is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Education in tourism, hospitality, or business administration.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
