Job Summary

We are seeking a Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating spotless, welcoming environments for our clients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that every space—whether a cozy home or a bustling commercial property—meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

You must have a reliable vehicle and willing to travel to clients homes within the Ottawa Valley.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces,scrubbing showers, toilets, cupboards etc.
- Able to work independantly without supervision to our clients standards
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, professional, and attentive to detail




- Demonstrate strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is strongly preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple cleaning assignments daily while working independantly or within a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and safety procedures
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service in every job
