We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient service
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and special requests
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and respectful at all times
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to complete assignments within scheduled periods
- Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities
- physically demanding, must be able to stand for long periods, bend and carry up to 10 pounds
