Glitter and Gold Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner. (Females with own car preferred)

(Casual Position) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a variety of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and pleasant setting for all clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties

- Perform general residential cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens to maintain a spotless home environment.
- Use cleaning tools and products safely and effectively to ensure high-quality results.
- Perform light housekeeping and minor upkeep as needed, such as changing linens or tidying spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client questions or special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow established cleaning checklists and safety standards to ensure consistency and attention to detail in every home.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned homes within scheduled timeframes.
- Lift and transport cleaning supplies or small furniture safely using proper techniques.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding schedules, client feedback, or any issues encountered during cleaning.





Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Valid G Class driver’s licence (driving is a must).
- A minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience. Applicants with less than 2 years of experience will not be contacted.
- Ownership of a safe, reliable vehicle (you will be expected to carry large amounts of cleaning supplies and travel to multiple job locations across the city).
- Strong knowledge of commercial/Residential cleaning practices and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
