Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Foreman to to lead and coordinate labour crews across residential pool, landscaping, and outdoor construction projects. This role is hands-on and leadership focused, ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day site operations, oversee labourers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

The Residential Construction Foreman will act as the primary in office lead, coordinating workflow, materials, equipment, and crew performance across multiple project phases.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise labour crews across pool, landscape, and construction job sites
- Coordinate daily labour activities, scheduling, materials, tools, and equipment needs
- Oversee day-to-day workflow and productivity of labour crews and subcontractors
- Support project execution for pool installations, hardscape projects, softscape work, excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Coordinate multiple phases of outdoor construction projects simultaneously
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs and ensure project readiness
- Monitor labour hours, site progress, and material usage
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain organized, clean job sites




- Assist with loading/unloading materials, site setup, cleanup, and general labour duties as needed
- Operate and oversee use of construction and landscape equipment when required
- Train, mentor, and motivate labour crew members
- Identify and resolve job site issues proactively
- Ensure crews maintain company workmanship and professionalism standards
- Communicate professionally with project managers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, pool installation, or related labour work
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience required
- Ability to manage crews of four workers
- Strong understanding of residential construction and outdoor project workflows
- Experience coordinating labour crews and subcontractors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and job site priorities efficiently
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, compactors, or similar equipment considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
