Overview

- Men only (religious office rules)
- Fluent in English and Québécois* French
- Microsoft Office wizard
- Attention to detail (bordering OCD)
- Confident, beyond assertive personality capable of handling difficult Tribunal Administratif du Logement (TAL) judges, lawyers, police officers, coworkers, and tenants
- Comfortable with unpredictable hours (not always 9-to-5, legal field)

Responsibilities · Calculate tenant rent increases (TAL yearly guidelines)

· Legal correspondence with tenants (emails, registered letters)

· Opening TAL cases, case strategy (proof, witnesses), defending building owners in court

· Asset seizures (tenant unpaid debts)

· Onsite meetings (problematic tenants)

Experience





- Experience in residential real estate or related legal fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex situations clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented team environment
